Nelson Searcy and his wife Kelley felt called together to start The Journey Church of the City in New York, NY in 2002. The Journey has grown from a handful of people to a church of 1000 in less than three years. Nelson is an experienced church planter, church planter coach, writer and evangelism trainer who previously served as the Director of The Purpose Driven Community at Saddleback Church.
