Registration includes
access to all general sessions, workshops, exhibit hall and other
events. Attendees are responsible for their own lodging, meals and
transportation.
Cancellations:
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, a
refund (less $75) will be given to all written and faxed requests
received at NOC on or before Oct 1, 2005. After than date, we are
unable to give refunds. However, you may transfer your fees to anyone
who is able to attend in your place. Fees cannot be transferred to
future NOC conventions.
