Rodger Oswald Executive Director Church Sports International
After a 15-year career in education, Rodger was called into ministry by a local church in order to develop a sports and recreation program that would impact the community. After developing children, youth, and adult leagues, programs and events, Rodger attended Multnomah Biblical Seminary and College. After graduation, Rodger joined a church-planting effort serving as the Christian Education, Missions and Sports Pastor. Sensing a unique call, Rodger joined the staff at Grace Community Church and The Master's College with the task of creating a Sports Ministry Department, writing a curriculum for a baccalaureate degree in Sports Ministry and bridging the students to the church. Upon completion of the degree program, Rodger returned to the church where he started to serve as the Evangelism and Discipleship Pastor. Workshops: |
