Jason Gerdes is married to his wonderful wife Lindsey and is the proud father of his son Jackson. He is the student pastor at Bay Area Fellowship (Corpus Christi, TX) and the creator of element student church. He has been in ministry for 10 years and has seen God do some amazing things. IN his year and a half of ministry at Bay Area the student ministry has grown from 20 students to over 350 in attendance. He is the mind behind "How to Go Big in Student Ministry" and speaks on regular occasions.
