Born in Clearwater, Florida, and born again in December 1978, Daniel received a B.A. in Bible Kentucky Christian College; and M.A. in Missiology at Liberty Theological Seminary and an Honorary Doctorate at Tabernacle Bible College. He pastored for 7 years and began Full House Ministries in 1985, a discipleship street ministry in Bryan, Texas. In 1990 he left as missionary to Nigeria, West Africa. There he established a High Impact Christian Centers--a work raising up Nigerians to reach the unreached Ijaw people.


In May 1996 Daniel returned to U.S. and in January, 1997 began Somebody Cares Tampa Bay. He led the Billy Graham Crusade Visitation Day, 1998; distributing literature to 100,000 homes in one day. He also held the kick off for National Book of Hope Campaign; distributing 600,000 books. Daniel also managed Raise the Roof. 17,000 attended this annual evangelistic concert event. At the '2001- Supper Bowl’ - the organization distributed 120,000 lbs. of food, 3 truck loads of clothes, fed 10,000 people, 1,400 volunteers. 1,214 made decisions for Christ. Daniel has been married to Kathy for 21 years and have 6 children. He is the author of: God’s Soul Desire; Praying Up A Storm; City Impact (release date October 1, 2004)
